However, by submitting User Content, you grant ozkard™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

– Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

– Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

– Violate the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of ozkard™ or any third party.

– Upload or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.

– Our total liability to you for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ozkard™, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Institution, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
